As the Theatre Foundation of Turkey, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of preserving and embracing theatrical heritage and to support efforts to do so.
The very first event that we planned for this purpose was the “We Need a Theatre Museum” panel that we held in April 2019 with the support of the Enka Foundation.
The panel emphasized the necessity of permanently preserving the theatrical heritage of Turkey and sharing information about the efforts we have made so far for founding the first theatre museum in our country.
It was a great source of motivation and hope for us that many students and experts contacted us to volunteer to help after the event.
